| 1) go to your local advance auto or autozone, buy 1500 grit wet sandpaper. 2) wetsand lights until they look dull and clear 3) buff with that powerball thingy or a highspeed buffer (polisher) with some commercial 3M rubbing compound (like "perfect it 3000") 4) enjoy your new headlights.
